How to Register
Customers can self-register for the ARB Apex USSD service or visiting any Anum Community Bank PLC branch.
Once registered, simply dial *992# from your registered mobile number and follow the on-screen prompts to access banking services.
Who Can Use the Service?
The USSD service is available to customers of Anum Community Bank PLC with an eligible account and a registered mobile number.
To use the service, you must have an active account with Anum Community Bank PLC and register your mobile number with the Bank.
Our staff will link your mobile number to your account to enable registration.
How to Register for Mobile Banking (*992#) – SELF REGISTRATION
Dial *992# on the mobile number linked to your bank account and follow the prompts:

Select 1 to proceed with registration.

Enter your 16-digit bank account number and submit.

Enter your Ghana Card number exactly as it appears (do not include hyphens, e.g., GHA9876453268).

Select 1 to confirm your details.

05.
You will receive an SMS containing a temporary default PIN.

06.
Dial *992# again, enter the temporary PIN, and follow the instructions to create your personal 4-digit Mobile Banking PIN.
